COVID-19 PROCEDURES

As advised by the Department of Health and Social Care, we have decided to adjust procedures to ensure safety for both our staff and our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of these are already part of our Standard Operating Procedures, but think it’s important for you to know that measures are being put in place to ensure you can enjoy our beer worry-free.

PRODUCTION SITE

Disposable gloves to be worn during all packaging operations, and the processing and packing of deliveries - both online and standard.

Tank additions


Tank transfers


Canning


Kegging


Boxing
All cans are sanitised before boxing.

Staff that can work from home have been advised do so.

Areas frequented by visitors to be sanitised regularly.
Outdoor clothing to be kept distinctly separate from workwear, with workwear to be washed regularly.

DELIVERIES

Disposable gloves to be worn during deliveries.
Hands are sanitised before and after each delivery drop.
Delivery driver will stand two metres from customers door and sign on behalf of the recipient, unless instructed to leave the package in a specified safe place.

COLLECTIONS

Disposable gloves to be worn by staff at all times.
Hands are sanitised before and after each collection.
Visitors must wash their hands with sanitiser upon entrance to the premises (we will put up posters to indicate necessity).
If queuing for collection, visitors must adhere to social distancing guidelines and stand 2m away from each other at all times.
All staff members to have come in contact with visitors must wash hands and replace gloves before resuming other work.

TAPROOM

We’ve had our thinking caps on and formulated a plan to reopen this Saturday, 4th July, keeping everyone safe and socially distanced to at least 2m. Full information here.
