We began brewing in our Ardwick railway arch in 2014 - since then we have developed a following for a core range of hop-forward and fruit-led session beers, as well as a glut of special releases that includes everything from traditional brewing styles to Salted Caramel Imperial Stouts and bold, hoppy, modern IPAs.
We’re currently brewing 3 to 4 times a week on our 19 hectolitre brew kit, packaging into both keg and can, and selling our beer UK-wide and exporting into Europe. We’re looking to up production over the coming months and need an enthusiastic and passionate new member of our small team to assist with that growth. This is a perfect role for someone who is currently working as a Brewer or Assistant Brewer who wants to grow and progress in a company that prides itself on personal development. We have a firm commitment to equality and diversity, and welcome applications from those who are underrepresented in the brewing industry.
To apply, please send us your CV with a cover letter to email@example.com, with the subject line “Brewer Application - <your name>”. Applications will be accepted until 30th July 2021.
